As the demographics of our communities continue to change, employees at every level need the skillset to manage difference. Gerardo’s hands-on and experiential sessions focus on the implicit attitudes, behaviors, or stereotypes that may influence how we engage with individuals and/or groups and make decisions in the workplace. Gerardo uses a universal design approach to customize training and meet individuals where they’re at while employing a growth mindset to help teams reach their collective goals. Clients will co-design learning outcomes and participants will walk away with tangible tools for implementing change in the workplace.
